These terms cover the apps published under the BalanGo brand by Oz for General Trading (“we”): BalanGo Social and BalanGo Speed Meter. By using an app, you agree to the terms in its section below.

The service

BalanGo Social (“the app”) is a tool for managing clients’ brands and publishing videos to the social media accounts those brands have connected (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok).

Your responsibilities

• You will only connect and post to accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
• You are responsible for the content you publish and for having the rights to it.
• You will comply with each connected platform’s terms and community guidelines, including the TikTok Terms of Service and its developer and content policies.

Content ownership

You (or your clients) retain all rights to the content you upload and publish. The app claims no ownership over it.

Third-party platforms

Publishing depends on third-party APIs. We are not responsible for those platforms’ availability, changes, or for content once it has been posted to them.

Using the app

You may install and use BalanGo Speed Meter on Windows devices you own or control. If you get it from Microsoft Store, Microsoft’s terms for apps from the Store also apply to your use.

Readings

The app shows the traffic passing through your network adapter as Windows reports it. It is not a speed test and does not measure your internet plan’s maximum speed. Readings are for information only.

Disclaimer

The apps are provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from their use, including failed or delayed posts.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the change.
